1. What Are Micro-Credentials?

Micro-credentials are short, focused programs designed to build in-demand skills fast. Each course is structured around real tools, guided steps, and applied tasks — so you finish with outcomes you can actually use. Complete one course for a certificate, or stack multiple courses to build a clear pathway toward bigger qualifications and certifications.

2. Are there any entry requirements?

No entry requirements — just a curious mind and the motivation to learn. You can start exploring and building skills straight away, with no prior study or qualifications needed.

3. What’s included in my subscription?

Your subscription gives you course-library access for your billing period (monthly or annual). You can also purchase some courses individually (single-course access) if you only need one topic.

Essential: Core course access + learning pathways.
Premium: Essential + more courses, templates, and support features.
Professional: Premium + the highest-level access and priority guidance (where offered).

4. Do I get a certificate?

Most courses include a certificate after you complete the required lessons and activities. A few courses — especially some E-commerce and selected free courses — may not include a certificate. This will always be clearly shown on the course page before you enroll.

5. How are the courses delivered?

All courses are 100% online and self-paced — so you can learn wherever and whenever it suits you. If you're on a subscription, you’ll have full access to our learning library as long as your plan is active.

After checkout on edgab.com, access details are sent to the email used at checkout. Courses are delivered inside academy.edgab.com.

6. When do I get access after purchase?

Immediately. As soon as your checkout is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your access details. You can start learning right away.

7. How do I create an account?

No separate sign-up is needed. Your account is created automatically when you place your first order. We’ll email you your login details and a direct link to your learning dashboard.

8. How do I enroll in a course or subscription?

1) Choose a course or plan and click Enroll Now, or Add to Cart
2) Go to your cart and proceed to checkout
3) Complete checkout — your account is created and access is activated automatically
4) Check your email for your login link and start learning

9. When can I start my course?

Right away. Once payment is confirmed, you can log in and begin immediately — all courses are self-paced and available 24/7.

10. How do I access my course?

Log in to your EDGAB learning dashboard using the link in your confirmation email, or go directly to academy.edgab.com and sign in with your account details.

After you log in, your course(s) will appear in your dashboard under “My Courses.” If you purchased a subscription, your dashboard will also show the courses included in your plan.

11. The course was purchased but access is missing — what to do?

  • Confirm the purchase email address is correct
  • Check Spam/Promotions folders
  • Try logging in at academy.edgab.com using the same email used at checkout
  • If access still isn’t available, contact support using the Contact page and include the order number.
