These Terms govern your access to and use of edgab.com and academy.edgab.com, including purchasing courses and using the learning portal (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

By using the Services, you confirm that you:

  • are at least 18 years old or have appropriate parent/guardian consent,

  • have read and accepted these Terms,

  • will comply with applicable laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

When purchasing through edgab.com:

  • you agree to pay the displayed fees,

  • payments are processed via third-party providers,

  • we do not store your full payment card details,

  • refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Learning Platform and Content Access

Course delivery may occur through an LMS (including third-party platforms). You acknowledge:

  • some learning activities may occur on those platforms,

  • we are not responsible for outages caused by third-party systems,

  • you are responsible for meeting technical requirements to access the portal.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • use the Services unlawfully or fraudulently,

  • infringe intellectual property,

  • share accounts or redistribute content,

  • interfere with the Services or attempt unauthorized access.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, branding, and materials are owned by Edgab Academy or licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.

We may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Services/content are provided “as is”,

  • we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability,

  • outcomes vary and depend on user effort and circumstances,

  • liability is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the relevant fee where required by law.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Edgab Academy’s operating jurisdiction, and disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts for that jurisdiction.
