Refund Policy
Edgab Academy (edgab.com)
Last Updated: February 12, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to online purchases of Edgab Academy learning products made through our checkout on edgab.com.
1. General Policy Principles
-
This policy applies to customers who purchase access via one of the following options (where available):
-
Subscription plan (monthly or annual)
-
Single course purchase (one-time payment)
-
Course bundle purchase (one-time payment)
-
-
All purchases are governed by this Refund Policy, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
-
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.
-
If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval (processing time may vary by bank/card issuer).
2. Subscription Plans (if offered)
a) Monthly Subscription
-
You may cancel at any time.
-
Cancellation stops future renewals.
-
No refunds are provided for the current active monthly billing period.
b) Annual Subscription
-
You may cancel at any time.
-
Cancellation stops future renewals.
-
Refunds may be available for the unused portion of the annual term, calculated as:
Refund = (Total annual fee paid) − (Used months × full monthly price)
If the result is ≤ 0, no refund is payable.
3. Direct Course / Bundle Purchase (one-time payment)
You may request a refund at any time; however, refunds are calculated based on course units not accessed (regardless of the total course duration). A “Unit” means a top-level lesson/module section inside the course portal.
Refund Calculation (Unit-Based):
-
Unit Fee = Total Course Fee ÷ Number of Units
-
Consumed Fee = Unit Fee × Number of Units Accessed
-
Refundable Amount = Total Course Fee − Consumed Fee
Discount handling: If a discount code was applied, we may adjust the refundable amount proportionally.
4. Refund Conditions
-
Refunds are only made to the original payment method.
-
We may review access logs to confirm which units were accessed before approving a refund.
-
We may refuse a refund request where there is evidence of:
-
breach of Terms of Service (e.g., account sharing, redistribution),
-
fraud or abuse,
-
unreasonable conduct toward staff.
-
