Q — What products do you sell?
A — Compact portable appliances: the cordless Portable Mini Washer (USB-rechargeable) and the Foldable Portable Dryer (PTC heating + UV sterilization).

Q — Where can I find product manuals and specs?
A — Each product page on edgab.com includes a downloadable manual, full specs, and usage instructions.

Q — What is the washer’s battery / power info?
A — The mini washer uses a 4000 mAh USB-rechargeable battery, charges from a 5V USB source, and typically supports ~20 small washes per full charge (actual depends on load and mode). Typical USB charge time ≈ 2 hours.

Q — What are the dryer’s power specs?
A — The foldable dryer uses a 600W PTC heating element, operates at 110V/60Hz (check the product page for region-specific models). It heats to about 60°C / 140°F, has two drying modes (Soft / Fast) and multiple timer settings.

Q — Can these appliances be used while traveling internationally?
A — The washer charges via USB (5V) so it is generally easy to charge worldwide. The dryer’s default model is 110V/60Hz — if you’re in a country with 220–240V mains, check product listing for a compatible model or use a properly rated voltage converter. Always verify voltage on the product page before plugging in.


Capacity, use & care

Q — What can I dry / wash in these units?
A — Ideal items: underwear, baby clothes, socks, T-shirts, light delicates. Do not wash or dry heavy/bulky items (large towels, heavy denim, duvets).

Q — How many garments fit in the dryer / washer?
A — Dryer: up to 8 small garments (max load ~10 kg / 22 lb recommended for even drying). Washer: designed for small loads — follow the filling guidance in the manual.

Q — Are the dryer bag and parts washable?
A — Yes — the dryer’s detachable drying bag is machine washable. Let it dry completely before reattaching. Clean lint and debris from vents and bases regularly.

Q — How do I clean and store the products?
A — Unplug/turn off, empty bags, let units cool and dry fully. Wipe external surfaces with a damp cloth; do not immerse the main electrical components. Store folded and dry in a cool place.


Timers, modes & UV

Q — What timer settings are available on the dryer?
A — 1H, 2H, 5H, 6H, 8H (selectable via control panel or remote).

Q — What does UV sterilization do? Is it safe?
A — Built-in blue-light UV helps reduce bacteria and odors on small garments. Do not expose skin, eyes, or pets directly to UV light. Use UV only as directed in the manual.


Safety & batteries

Q — Any special safety rules?
A — Yes — always read the manual. Key rules: do not block air inlets/outlets, do not overload, use only recommended chargers/cables, keep away from water unless product is specified waterproof, and never bypass safety features. Overheating or tampering voids the warranty.

Q — What happens if the unit overheats?
A — Units include an auto-shutdown safety feature that triggers above a safe temperature. If it shuts down, unplug, allow to cool, clear any blockage, then restart.

Q — How do I dispose of the battery or unit safely?
A — Follow local electronics and battery recycling guidance. Do not dispose of batteries in household trash.


Orders, shipping & tracking

Q — When will my order ship?
A — Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST on a business day typically begin processing the same day (processing usually takes 1–2 business days). Shipping times depend on the option chosen at checkout.

Q — How can I track my order?
A — You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. You can also check My Orders on edgab.com (if you created an account).

Q — Who pays import duties & taxes?
A — International buyers are responsible for local import duties, taxes, and customs fees unless otherwise stated.


Returns & refunds

Q — How do I start a return?
A — Email returns@edgab.com or support@edgab.com with your order number and photos (if defective). We’ll issue an RMA and return instructions. Do not ship returns without an RMA.

Q — Who pays return shipping?
A — EDGAB covers return shipping for defective or damaged items reported within 30 days. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. See the full Returns page on edgab.com/returns.

Q — Can I return used underwear or baby clothes?
A — No — for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of used intimate apparel, used baby garments, or items worn against the skin.

Q — How long until I get a refund?
A — After we receive and inspect the return (inspection usually up to 5 business days), approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (bank processing may vary).


Warranty & repairs

Q — What does the 12-month warranty cover?
A — A 12-month limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, cosmetic wear, consumables, or damage from improper chargers/adapters.

Q — How do I make a warranty claim?
A — Contact support@edgab.com with: order number, photos/videos of the issue, and product serial number (if available). We’ll provide RMA instructions and next steps. Valid claims may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at EDGAB’s discretion.


Troubleshooting (quick fixes)

Q — The unit won’t turn on. What should I do?
A — 1) Ensure battery is charged (washer) or unit is plugged in (dryer). 2) Check power button and mode selection. 3) Confirm remote battery (CR2025) is installed (dryer remote). 4) If still dead, contact support with order number and photos.

Q — Washer isn’t charging / charging slowly.
A — Use the provided USB cable and a capable USB power source (5V). Try a different USB wall adapter or cable. Avoid low-power USB ports (some laptop USB ports supply limited current).

Q — Dryer isn’t producing heat or drying slowly.
A — Ensure the bag isn’t overloaded and vents aren’t blocked. Confirm you selected the correct mode/timer and that the unit is plugged into the correct voltage. If overheating protection triggered, wait for cool-down, then restart.

Q — Unit makes unusual noise or vibrates excessively.
A — Check that items are evenly distributed inside. Place the unit on a flat stable surface. Tighten any loose parts per the manual. If noise persists, contact support.
