EDGAB — General Terms of Sale

These General Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern purchases made on edgab.com. By placing an order you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.


1. Order Placement & Acceptance

  • Order confirmation: After you place an order you will receive an automatic confirmation email acknowledging receipt — this is not acceptance.

  • Order acceptance / contract formation: A contract is formed only when EDGAB sends a Shipping Confirmation email. If we cannot accept your order (e.g., stock, pricing error, regulatory restriction), we will notify you and refund amounts already charged.

  • Right to refuse: EDGAB may refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, or violation of these Terms.


2. Product Information & Pricing

  • Descriptions: We strive for accurate product images, specifications and descriptions. Minor variations (color, finish, dimensions) and updates to product specs may occur.

  • Pricing: All prices shown on edgab.com are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted and do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees (shown at checkout).

  • Promotions & codes: Discount codes and promotions must be applied at checkout. They cannot be applied retroactively unless expressly stated.


3. Payment Terms

  • Methods accepted: Major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay (subject to availability).

  • Authorization: By submitting payment details you authorize EDGAB to charge the selected payment method for the full order amount (including taxes, shipping and applicable fees).

  • Pricing errors: If we discover a pricing error after your order, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.


4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing time: Orders normally process within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Estimated delivery: Standard and express options are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • Tracking: Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.

  • Delays & issues: For significant delays or delivery problems contact support@edgab.com. EDGAB is not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.


5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty (summary)

  • Return window (change of mind): 30 calendar days from delivery for unused items in original condition.

  • Defective / damaged items: Report within 30 days — EDGAB will cover return shipping for eligible claims and will offer repair, replacement or refund.

  • Limited warranty: 12-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects from date of delivery.

6. Product Safety & User Responsibility (important)

EDGAB products include consumer electronics (battery-powered washer) and heating/UV appliances (foldable dryer). To protect customers and ensure warranty coverage, please note:

  • Follow instructions: Always read and follow the User Manual and product labels before use. Improper use may cause damage or personal injury and may void warranties.

  • Battery & charging: Use only the provided or manufacturer-recommended chargers and cables. Damage from non-approved chargers, water ingress, misuse, or tampering is not covered by warranty.

  • UV & heating devices: Do not expose skin, eyes, or pets directly to UV light. Do not dry items beyond the recommended load (no heavy, oversized, or overly wet items). Do not block air inlets/outlets — blockage can cause overheating. Units include automatic safety shutdowns; disabling or bypassing safety features voids the warranty.

  • Hygiene items: For health and safety we cannot accept returns of used intimate apparel, used baby garments, or any item worn against the skin.

  • Repairs & modifications: Do not attempt unauthorized repairs or modifications. Unauthorized repairs void warranty and EDGAB is not responsible for resulting damage.


7. Warranty Details

  • Coverage: EDGAB provides a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

  • Exclusions: Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, exposure to liquids outside intended use, cosmetic wear, unauthorized modifications/repairs, consumable parts (filters, batteries after expected life, bulbs), or damage from improper chargers or adapters.

  • Claim process: Warranty claims require proof of purchase (order number), photos/videos of the issue, and any serial numbers. EDGAB may repair, replace, or refund at its discretion. See edgab.com/returns for instructions.


8. Returns for Defective or Damaged Items

  • How to report: Email support@edgab.com with your order number, description, and photos/videos of the damage or defect.

  • RMA: We will issue an RMA and return instructions. Do not ship returns without prior authorization. EDGAB will cover reasonable return shipping for eligible defective/damaged items.

  • Inspection: Returned items may be inspected. Refunds or replacements are contingent on inspection results.


9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

  • Direct damages: EDGAB’s maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising from a product purchase is limited to the purchase price paid for the product.

  • Excluded damages: EDGAB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages (including lost profits or business interruption) arising from product use, except where prohibited by law.

  • No other warranties: Except for the limited warranty above, products are provided “as is” and EDGAB disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.


10. Intellectual Property

All content on edgab.com — text, images, logos, designs, graphics — is owned by EDGAB or licensed to EDGAB. You may not copy, reproduce, or use content without prior written consent.


11. Privacy & Data

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order you consent to our collection and use of data to fulfill your order and provide customer service. See edgab.com/privacy.


12. Recalls & Safety Notices

If a safety issue or recall affects a product you purchased, EDGAB will notify affected customers using the contact information on file and provide instructions. You must follow recall or safety instructions promptly.


13. International Orders & Taxes

  • Imports & duties: International buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes and customs clearance costs. These are not refundable by EDGAB.

  • Returns from abroad: International return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless EDGAB authorizes return shipping for a defective item.


14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

  • Jurisdiction: Any action must be brought in state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

  • Pre-litigation resolution: We encourage contacting support@edgab.com to attempt resolution before pursuing formal legal action.


15. Changes to These Terms

EDGAB may update these Terms. We will post the revised Terms with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of edgab.com after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Warranty policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EDGAB relating to purchases on edgab.com.
