EDGAB — Returns, Refunds & Warranty

We stand behind every product sold at EDGAB (edgab.com). This page explains our returns, refunds and limited warranty for portable appliance products (including the Portable Mini Washer and Foldable Portable Clothes Dryer). We made it simple and fair — please read carefully so we can help you quickly.


1) Return & Refund Summary (short)

  • Return window (change of mind): 30 calendar days from delivery for unused items in original condition.

  • Defective / damaged items: Report within 30 days of delivery — EDGAB will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

  • Limited warranty: 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects from the delivery date.

2) Full policy

A — Returns (Change of Mind)

  • You may return an unused product in its original packaging within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund (shipping costs are non-refundable).

  • Items must be returned in like-new condition with all accessories (cables, remotes, manuals, original box) and packing materials.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in a promotion. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The product shows signs of use, stains, odors, or water damage.

  • Accessories, manuals, or original packaging are missing.

  • The item is an opened consumable or a hygiene item (see Hygiene & non-returnable items below).

  • The return request is made after the 30-day window.

B — Damaged, Defective or Non-Functional Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or becomes defective under normal use, contact support@edgab.com or Live Chat immediately, and include:

    • Your order number

    • A short description of the problem

    • Clear photos and/or video showing the damage or defect

    • The product serial number (if present)

  • Once a claim is opened we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and provide return instructions. EDGAB will cover the reasonable return shipping costs for eligible defective/damaged items and will, at your choice, provide a replacement, an exchange, or a full refund.

  • EDGAB reserves the right to inspect returned items. Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection confirms eligibility.

C — Limited 12-Month Warranty (Manufacturer Defects)

  • EDGAB provides a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects (parts and workmanship) from the delivery date. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidental damage, water ingress from improper use, unauthorized repairs/modifications, cosmetic wear, or consumable parts (filters, batteries, remotes after battery life, etc.).

  • Warranty claims require proof of purchase (order number or receipt), photos/videos of the issue, and the product serial number (if available). Valid warranty claims may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at EDGAB’s discretion.

D — Safety-Related & Product-Specific Notes

  • Battery & electrical devices: Claims are not eligible if inspection shows misuse (e.g., device modified, exposed to water outside normal product use, or used with non-approved chargers).

  • UV / Heating products (foldable dryer): Do not use the dryer for items outside the recommended load (no heavy wet towels, large duvets, or stuffed animals). Overheating caused by blockage of vents or misuse voids the warranty. Our devices include auto-shutdown safety features; if a unit is intentionally bypassed or modified, warranty is void.

  • Hygiene items: For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of used intimate apparel, used baby garments, or any item that has been worn/used next to the skin. Unused sealed accessories may be returned if still in original packaging.

E — Refund & Processing Times

  • If the item has not shipped: full refund upon cancellation.

  • For returned items: refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the product. Inspection generally takes up to 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method (bank processing times may vary).

  • Shipping fees, expedited fees, or duties/taxes paid to third parties are generally non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.

F — Exchanges & Replacements

  • If you want an immediate replacement for a defective item and stock is available, we will prioritize replacement shipping. We will advise if a replacement will be shipped before we receive the defective item or if we require the return first.

G — International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective and EDGAB authorizes return shipping). Import duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. When returning internationally, clearly mark the parcel as a “Returned product — no commercial value” per the return instructions we provide.

H — Right to Refuse & Restocking

  • EDGAB reserves the right to refuse a return or charge a partial refund if items are returned without packaging, missing accessories, or show signs of use. We do not charge automatic restocking fees for standard returns, but we may deduct reasonable costs if the item is returned in an unsellable condition.

I — How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim

  1. Email support@edgab.com or use Live Chat on edgab.com with your order number.

  2. Provide photos/videos showing the issue and the product serial number (if present).

  3. We will reply with an RMA number and clear return instructions (packaging, label, and shipping address). Do not return items without an RMA — it may delay processing.

  4. Ship the item (keep tracking). After inspection we’ll process the replacement or refund and email you confirmation.

A: You have 30 days from delivery to return unused, unopened items.

Q: Do you offer a warranty?
A: Yes — a 12-month limited warranty covers manufacturing defects. Misuse and accidental damage are not covered.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: EDGAB pays return shipping for defective or damaged items; for change-of-mind returns the buyer pays.

Q: Can I return used underwear/baby clothes?
A: No — for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of worn intimate or baby garments.
